What is CROSSA

CROSSA is a platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") owned by Global e Business Solutions (GEBS). CROSSA is a platform that contains: a web application and a mobile application. CROSSA will give access to an organization, which subsequently will create accounts and give access to its members. The CROSSA Platform Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply each time you use one of the CROSSA applications. By accessing, using or registering for the services offered by the CROSSA platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms.

Communication methods

As part of the Services, you may receive emails or other types of messages sent to you by CROSSA (GEBS) or GEBS partners. You can unsubscribe from unwanted commercial messages by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each message.

By using the Services you consent to GEBS collecting, using and transmitting to its partners certain information about you as described in the Data Privacy. GEBS may use this information to contact you or to inform you of changes to the Services.

Deleting your account

Any registered user has the right to ask for the deletion of their account. Deleting the user account from the Application is possible by sending a request email to contact@crossa.app. Any deletion of a user account will not affect a Registered User's obligations to CROSSA, to CROSSA’s partners or third parties under or as a result of the Terms and Condition of Use (including but not limited to ownership, indemnification and limitation of liability, which are intended to survive such deletion.

CROSSA may delete a User Account or suspend access to the Services or Application in the event that a Registered User breaches the Terms and Conditions of Use or for other improper conduct, at CROSSA's sole discretion and without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The intellectual property rights of the CROSSA platform are fully owned by GEBS. The CROSSA platform is protected by intellectual property, industrial and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Use gives you the right to use the CROSSA name or any of the trademarks, logos, domain names, other distinctive commercial features or other copyrighted material of CROSSA and its partners. Any opinions, comments or suggestions you may provide regarding CROSSA or the Services are entirely voluntary and GEBS shall be free to use such opinions, comments or suggestions as it sees fit and without any obligation to you. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public or otherwise use any content on the CROSSA Website, including text, design elements, graphics, interfaces and illustrations, in any way, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Privacy terms

With your consent expressed by accessing and using the CROSSA platform, your personal data and any other information provided by you may be recorded, processed and used by SC Global e Business Solution (GEBS). Please refer to Data Privacy for more details on how we handle the information collected. If you do not agree with the Terms and Privacy Policy, please do not use the CROSSA platform.

Payment conditions

Payments on the platform can be done through Paylike payment processor. The Organization is fully responsible for the payment process.

Changing this Agreement

It is in your interest to check this page periodically and to inform yourself of any changes that are made, as they are binding on you. You confirm and agree that your use of our Services hereunder shall constitute your acceptance of any provision of the Terms and Conditions as they may be applicable at the time you use CROSSA.

If you do not agree with any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, please request the deletion of your User account and discontinue use of our Services and/or CROSSA partners.

Others

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not invalidate all or any part thereof. The invalid provision shall be superseded by mandatory rules of law or established practice or custom and the remainder of the provision shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions of Use, together with the Data Privacy, contain the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. The competent courts for the settlement of any claim arising out of or relating to any use of the GEBS Services are those of Cluj County, Romania.

These Terms establish a legal agreement between you as a user and Global e Business Solution Group (GEBS) - the owner of the CROSSA platform - and GEBS partners.

GEBS reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate the Services or modify the Terms for free accounts. Changes to the Terms of Use will be found in the profile section of the QR-Menu application, Terms and Conditions section.
