Once you have completed our contact form one of our consultants will contact you as soon as possible to establish an online (or in-person) meeting. This is where you will discuss CrossA in detail and they will present you with a demo of the platform. Once you have decided on becoming a CrossA partner, the setup process will start.

The setup time depends on the complexity of your organization and on what kind of rules you wish to set on your members, data and forms. After a couple meetings with our consultants where you will discuss your organizational needs in-depth, your digital organization could be ready in as little as 2 weeks.

Members can be registered manually by someone who manages the organization’s CrossA account. This provides an extra layer of security.

Yes, you will be able to organize your members in groups and hierarchies and also add categories and filters for all your columns. There are also search options available in order to easily find what you are looking for.

That’s up to you! You can make your forms available only for members of your organization or you can make them available for anyone and you can also share a link for easy accessibility.

If a form can only be completed by members of your organization, then an extra feature becomes available: the member’s information is automatically retrieved (e.g. email, phone number, department etc.) and the member’s profile is linked to the form response.

The form builder in CrossA is actually very user friendly and it uses drag and drop modules.

Yes, there is a payment component that can be added to the forms that creates a secure environment for all payments. You can use both subscriptions models or ad-hoc payment and you will also have access to financial reports and transaction history.

Members can access their account on a web portal, but CrossA is also available as a mobile app, accessible both for iOS and Android.

Members can receive both push notifications through the CrossA mobile app and also email notifications.

Yes, you will be able to customize your notifications both on email and/or push notifications on your phone.
